If not riding with Aberdeen Angus, she can always be seen on her trusty steed, Puch, (especially when it hasn’t been stolen). She is a dedicated bitter drinker, obviously with a good taste, and is often applauded for her skills at the dartboard. She is only too eager to lend a hand when it comes to one of the frequent gatherings of the “Sausage Appreciation Society”, whether it be submerging her head in water, or slicing a chocolate one! When not consuming copious amounts of alcohol, she can often be found at the theatre, but that’s probably because of Rob. Her ‘not-quite-there-‘ reputation is often a Godsend, according to Alex, but whether she’s hanging around with Matt, doing her chemistry or donning funky clothes, Katherine will always be the one you couldn’t forget.
