James Kent-Winsley More amiably known as ‘Trigger’, James, ubiquitous in his school career, graced the school in many areas. Most notably on the sports field where he captained the 2nds XV and the 2nd XI for football. This year he deservedly made it to the 1st XI for football and his unique technique of defending. He also played cricket for the 2nd XI “making runs down at Lancing”, and was a keen member of the choir as well as a thespian. Although often on the butt end of running jokes ‘Trigger’ lived up to his name on various occasions including once, snapping a tendon pushing down a jock and another time ‘painting the town red’. A ladies man of sorts using lines such as ‘she’s amazing’ seemed to meet with considerable success often mirrored to the two toed excellence of his idol Darran Currie. Fundamentally a top bloke who was a great friend to many. |
